A Proposed Curricular Framework for an Interprofessional Approach to Deprescribing

Abstract: Deprescribing involves reducing or stopping medications that are causing more harm than good or are no longer needed. It is an important approach to managing polypharmacy, yet healthcare professionals identify many barriers.
