Abstract

The effect of fluid resuscitation with albumin or saline in the critically ill patients, is similar outcome (1) In the review of fluid administration, all resuscitation fluids can contribute to the formation of interstitial edema, particularly under inflammatory conditions. (2) Our hypothesis is whether the albumin or crystalloids are equivalent of effect in different inflammatory status during perioperative status?[Methods] We enrolled patients underwent oral and pharyngeal tumor resection with skin flap reconstruction, requiring 72 hours sedation after surgery in our intensive care unit.
