A Prospective Randomized Double-Blind Study to Determine the Effect of Thoracic Epidural Neostigmine on Postoperative Ileus After Abdominal Aortic Surgery

Abstract: Thoracic epidural neostigmine enables faster restoration of bowel sounds and shortens duration of postoperative ileus after abdominal aortic surgery.
