Abstract:This study describes how to use internal standards (IS) under the Analytical Quality by Design (AQbD) methodology to measure montelukast and bilastine in artificial rabbit plasma. The protein precipitation method was used for sample preparation and extraction. The chromatographic analysis was performed on the processed materials.
