Abstract: A quadratic amplification fluorescence biosensor constructed by combining nicking enzyme mediated amplification (NEMA) and catalytic hairpin assembly (CHA) reactions. After quadratic amplification, this biosensor achieved nearly 107-fold, enabling it to detect ctDNA with ultra-sensitivity.
