A qualification system for high temperature sterilization

Abstract

It is very necessary to verify the efficiency of the high temperature sterilization which is a very important process in the production of medicament especially for injections. This paper describes a system named QT-3000 which is a qualification system for the high temperature sterilization. During a qualification, the sensor readings, interval calculations, statistical calculations, the instantaneous and accumulate lethality results are displayed on the touch screen and uploaded to a host computer for further analysis.
