Abstract:
This paper presents a hybrid technique based compact narrow band stop filter (BSF) design for broadband applications. It provides the rejection of 60 dB at the center frequency of 2.25 GHz without any stop band harmonics over the required frequency band of operation i.e., 1-10 GHz. This filter is highly appropriate for the rejection of undesired band for RADAR, EW Avionics, and military communications.
