A R-Script for Generating Multiple Sclerosis Lesion Pattern Discrimination Plots

Abstract: One significant characteristic of Multiple Sclerosis (MS), a chronic inflammatory demyelinating disease of the central nervous system, is the evolution of highly variable patterns of white matter lesions.
