A Radioimmunoassay for Fluorogestone Acetate (FGA) and Its Application to the Measurement of Plasma FGA and Progesterone in Ewes Treated with FGA-impregnated Intravaginal Sponges

Abstract: Simultaneous concentrations of endogenous progesterone and exogenous FGA have been measured in ewes treated with FGA-impregnated intravaginal sponges at several times relative to the expected time of release of LH.
