A radioiodinated rucaparib analogue as an Auger electron emitter for cancer therapy.

Abstract: Introduction: Radioligand therapy (RLT) is an expanding field that has shown great potential in the fight against cancer. Radionuclides that can be carried by selective ligands such as antibodies, peptides, and small molecules targeting cancerous cells have demonstrated a clear improvement in the move towards precision medicine.
