This article adopts the Fault Tree Analysis (FTA) method for analyzing the causes of failure modes of the 25Hz phase-sensitive track circuit system. A fault prediction and health management (PHM) architecture for the 25Hz phase-sensitive track circuit is established. Proposed data collection and fault partitioning schemes, and constructed a fault diagnosis model using decision trees to output maintenance decisions, which improves the maintenance efficiency of 25Hz phase-sensitive track circuits, reduce maintenance costs, and enhance the reliability and availability of track circuits, playing a positive role in ensuring the safe operation of trains.
