Abstract: Summary: An increasing amount of evidence from clinical and experimental studies suggests that biopsies, thought to assist with definitive diagnoses, may aggravate tumor progression. We present a case of fast-growing giant verrucous squamous cell carcinoma, observed two weeks following biopsy.
