Abstract:Congenital anomalies of the heart and great vessels may lead to localized recurrent pulmonary infections through different mechanisms. Pulmonary artery sling (left pulmonary artery originating from the right pulmonary artery) and Scimitar syndrome are rare causes of wheezing in infants.
