A rare case of a giant vesical diverticular calculus managed successfully by endoscopy

Abstract: Vesical diverticula occur in the setting of bladder outlet obstruction (BOO) and neurogenic vesicourethral dysfunction. Vesical diverticular calculi are rare, especially for minimally invasive endoscopic lithotripsy treatment.
