A rare case of bilateral mucinous cystadenocarcinoma of ovary mimicking endometriotic ovarian cyst on radiology

Abstract: Epithelial carcinoma accounts for more than 95% of ovarian malignancy. Approximately 15% of all ovarian tumours are mucinous. Approximately 80% of the mucinous tumour are benign, 10% are borderline and 10% are invasive carcinomas. Hence bilateral invasive mucinous carcinoma is a rare type of tumour with low incidence.
