Abstract:Key Clinical MessageWe present a case of Brunsting‐Perry characterized as an erythematous erosive plaque on photodamaged scalp skin, flaring after a recent prolonged sun exposure. Subsequent progression with blister formation led to the correct diagnosis, highlighting the need to consider cicatricial pemphigoid in eroded lesions without blisters, particularly on photodamaged skin.
