Abstract: Background and introduction: Lung cancer is a prevalent and deadly disease globally. Non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) is the most common subtype, comprising 85% of cases. Case report: A 65-year-old male ex-smoker presented to our facility with a nocturnal cough.
