Abstract:Posterior reversible encephalopathy syndrome (PRES) is a cliniconeuroradiological syndrome. Patients usually present with seizures, visual disturbances, headache, and altered mental state. Most accepted pathophysiology is vasogenic edema. Imaging predominantly shows parieto-occipital white matter changes.
