A Rare Case of Epithelioid Hemangioma Presenting as an Isolated Sacral Mass

Abstract: Epithelioid hemangioma (EH) is an uncommon benign vascular tumor of mesenchymal origin. It mainly presents as expanding nodules around the ear, the forehead, and long bones. Only a handful of cases have been found in cervical, thoracic, lumbar, and sacral vertebrae as lytic lesions with pain and neurological impairment.
