Abstract:Giant conjunctival nevi are considered congenital in origin, with the youngest case reported at 12 years. We describe an 11-month-old baby presenting since birth with a giant conjunctival nevus in the right eye involving inferior 9 o'clock hours of bulbar conjunctiva. Intralesional cysts were noted both on clinical examination and anterior segment optical coherence tomography (ASOCT). Gonioscopy revealed increased trabecular pigmentation.
