A rare case of ileus caused by ileum endometriosis

Abstract: HighlightsWe experience a case of relatively rare small bowel obstruction caused by terminal ileum endometriosis.Multiple lesions were also located in Douglas pouch, causing partial rectal stenosis.Correct surgical and medical approach is required.
