Abstract:Iliopsoas hematoma is a serious complication that can occur in bleeding disorders, most commonly hemophillia but it can also be seen in von Willebrand disease (vWD) in less frequency. This can cause muscle pain, muscle dysfunction and sometimes even femoral nerve palsy.
