Abstract: Intracranial growing teratoma syndrome (iGTS) is a rare phenomenon in patients with non-germinomatous germ cell tumor (NGGCT) after chemotherapy or radiotherapy. It manifests as paradoxical growth of teratomatous components, with multiple cystic lesions on cranial imaging despite normalized tumor markers.
