Abstract:Liver is the sixth most common site of primary malignant tumors, and the third leading cause of cancer death worldwide. Hepatocellular carcinoma is the most common primary liver malignancy and lungs, abdominal lymph nodes and adrenal glands are the most common sites of its metastasis. We present a rare case of an isolated metastasis of a hepatocellular carcinoma in the left mandibular ramus, with regards to its clinical and radiological presentation and with regards to possible routes of the metastatic spread.
