A Rare Case of “Large Twisted Dermoid Cyst” in an 82-year-old Lady with Diverticulitis and Septicemia: A Case Report

Abstract: Dermoid cyst is a germ cell tumor. Eighty percent occurs during reproductive years. One to two percent undergoes malignant transformation. This is a case of a large dermoid cyst ovary measuring 10 × 12 cm in an 82-year-old lady who complained of acute on chronic pain abdomen associated with constipation.
