Abstract:Retinoblastoma, the most common primary malignant intraocular tumor of childhood has been previously associated with neovascularisation of the iris and retina. New vessel formation in the crystalline lens is an extremely rare entity in association with retinoblastoma. In the present case, we describe such a case with new rosettes and histopathological high risk factors with detailed pathological and histological documentations.
