Abstract:Diagnosing acute pancreatitis induced by any drug is often overlooked and warrants careful evaluation. Drug-induced acute pancreatitis is relatively rare, and diagnosis of exclusion after ruling out alcohol, gallstones, hypertriglyceridemia, and intervention. Levofloxacin, a class of fluoroquinolones, is generally recommended against various bacterial infections.
