A rare case of Levofloxacin related Iliopsoas and Achilles tendon rupture

Abstract: Achilles tendon rupture is a well-documented adverse effect of Fluoroquinolones; however, herein we present a case of complete iliopsoas and Achilles, and partial semimembranosus tendon rupture secondary to Levofloxacin.
