A rare case of metastatic choriocarcinoma to multiple organs causing intractable bleeding.

Abstract: Choriocarcinoma is the most aggressive form of gestational trophoblastic disease (GTD). It has rapid growth and metastatic potential. Patients with this disease presented with bleeding manifestation in certain organs such as vaginal, gastrointestinal tract, lungs or brain. We report an unusual case of multiple organs bleeding in a patient with metastatic carcinoma.
