A Rare Case of Perforated Jejunal Diverticula of an Uncommon Origin

Abstract: We present a case of a 75-year-old male who presented with constipation, nausea, and vomiting for 4 days. Two diverticula were discovered 1 and 2 feet away from the duodenojejunal (DJ) junction. Due to excessive ileal edema, ileal resection, and a double barrel ileostomy was performed.
