Abstract:Progressive subretinal fibrosis and uveitis is a rare entity which usually affects young myopic females and causes significant visual loss. Though there is no proven therapy, it usually requires systemic immunosuppression. We report unique pseudopodial extension of subretinal fibrosis in a 9-year-old girl and document 3-year follow-up of the case.
