Abstract:Schwannomas are not uncommon in the maxillofacial region; however, those with intraoral localization and, in particular, the hard palate are among the least frequently described. In the current case report, we present a 17-year-old girl with a histologically verified schwannoma of the hard palate on the right, originating from the right greater palatine nerve.
