A rare case of transverse testicular ectopia associated with polyorchidism addressed by minimally invasive surgery: A case report

Abstract: This report describes the rare case of transverse testicular ectopia (TTE) associated with polyorchidism in a 16-month-old male, successfully managed through laparoscopic surgery. The patient presented with bilateral cryptorchidism, a palpable mass in the right inguinal canal and an absent left-side gonad. Ultrasound revealed three gonad-like structures.
