Abstract:A 27-year-old man presented with a 1-week history of atypical chest pain and sinus tachycardia. His physical examination was unremarkable. His resting ECG showed sinus tachycardia with widespread T-wave inversion. His initial blood tests show mildly raised troponin T and inflammatory markers and marked raised D-dimer.
