Abstract:Introduction: Tinnitus is a common reason of consult and constitutes a very incapacitating symptom. Objective tinnitus accounts for only 5% and has various etiologies. Dural Arteriovenous Fistulas (dAVFs) are an example, but they are an unusual cause.
