A Rare Cause of Hepatomegaly: Infantile Hepatic Hemangiomendothelioma

Abstract: Infantile hepatic hemangiomendothelioma, a bening vascular neoplasia derived from endothelial cells, is the most common newborn tumor located in the liver. The tumor has female predominancy. Mostly, it is associated with a good prognosis and may show spontaneous regression by the time the infant is 1 year of age.
