A rare cause of mechanical jaundice. Clinical case

Abstract: Causes of mechanical jaundice are extremely varied and can be either malignant or benign. The main causes of malignant nature are cholangiocarcinoma and pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma, while common benign causes of obstructive mechanical jaundice are choledocholithiasis and chronic pancreatitis. Rarer causes of this severe complication are not extensively described in literature.
