Abstract: Rationale: Aggressive fibromatosis (AF) is a fibroblastic/myofibroblastic tumor known for its locally aggressive properties. Intra-abdominal AF primarily occurs in the small intestine mesentery, ileocolic mesocolon, omentum, retroperitoneum, and pelvis, and rarely originates from the intestinal wall.
