A Rare Congenital Perineal Groove

Abstract: Background. Perineal groove is a rare congenital anomaly characterized by nonepithelialized mucous membrane that appears as an erythematous sulcus in the perineal midline, extending from the posterior vaginal fourchette to the anterior anal orifice.
