A Rare Incident of Intraarticular Fibromatosis of the Knee

Abstract: Case: Our patient is a 34-year-old male aHthlete who presented for consultation after left knee discomfort and pressure for greater than 2 years. Advanced imaging revealed a nonspecific intraarticular suprapatellar lesion with subsequent ultrasound-guided core biopsy demonstrating a spindle cell proliferation consistent with superficial fibromatosis.
