Abstract:Although Noonan syndrome is a relatively common congenital disorder with autosomal dominant inheritance, its association with cerebrovascular anomalies is rare. We report a case of a 20-year-old with Noonan syndrome with cerebrovascular aneurysm, who underwent successful endovascular coiling.
