Abstract:Key Clinical MessageIsolated spontaneous superior mesenteric artery (SMA) dissection is relatively rare. Often found incidentally on cross‐sectional imaging, often managed non‐operatively. We present a patient who presented with chest pain and was found to have a SMA dissection.
