Abstract:Leiomyomas are benign tumours of smooth muscle origin and can occur in any part of the body with adrenal gland being an uncommon site. Ganglioneuromas of adrenal gland are benign neural crest-derived tumours. Both of these tumours are usually detected incidentally.
