A Rare Presentation of Rickets Mimicking Sacroiliitis: A Case Report and Literature Review

Abstract: Hypophosphatemic rickets can cause a variety of bone and joint symptoms, one of its rare presentations is sacroiliac joint involvement, which may be mistaken for inflammatory spondylitis.
