Abstract: Soft tissue sarcomas (STS) are often described as asymptomatic, rapidly expanding masses, particularly in the extremities or trunk. Undifferentiated pleomorphic sarcoma (UPS), a high-grade variant of STS, ranks as the second most prevalent subtype in the United States.
