A reactive nitrogen budget of the Bohai Sea based on an isotope mass balance model

Abstract: Abstract. The Bohai Sea is a semi-closed marginal sea impacted by one of the most populated areas of China. The supply of nutrients, markedly that of reactive nitrogen, via fluvial and atmospheric transport has strongly increased in parallel with the growing population.
