The adoption of the Enterprise Architecture Model in companies has experienced a remarkable growth thanks to the constant improvements that these organizations have experienced after its implementation. For this reason, the objective of this research is to adapt an Enterprise Architecture Model that allows continuous improvement. This is based on the development of a descriptive study carried out through the use of observation techniques and instruments, interviews and surveys. At the conclusion of the research, the result was an Enterprise Architecture Model that proposes the creation of a corporate portal with the purpose of expanding the reach to consumers through the digital sale of products, and the implementation of technological applications that will allow the optimization of resources and the automation of processes for the benefit of continuous improvement and growth in the commercial market. Finally, it is concluded that the Enterprise Architecture Model designed is an effective tool to promote continuous improvement.
