The high resolution structure of a superweak 2ν 1 +ν 2 +ν 3 −ν 2 band of sulfur dioxide, SO 2 , is for the first time recorded with a Bruker IFS-120 HR Fourier spectrometer and analyzed using a specially derived procedure and a relevant computer code. As a result of the analysis, 115 lines have been found in the recorded spectrum, which allowed us to obtain high-accuracy values of the vibrational energy and rotational parameters of the highly excited vibrational state, (211).
