Abstract: Perforated Peptic ulcer is a complication of peptic ulcer disease (PUD) and is a surgical emergency with high morbidity and mortality. This study was undertaken to compare the outcome in patients treated with Cellan-Jones repair and Grahams patch for the perforation of peptic ulcer (PPU).
