A reverse vaccinology approach identifies putative vaccination targets in the zoonotic nematode Ascaris

Abstract: Ascariasis is the most prevalent helminthic disease affecting both humans and pigs and is caused by the roundworms Ascaris lumbricoides and Ascaris suum.
